Great! I expected and hoped the Shadow Temple would win this, as it's obviously a great dungeon (maybe even the best out of them all, in my opinion).
For the people interested, here's the ranking:
1. Shadow Temple (Original, challenging (especially its boss) and just plain fun to play through; a good winner)
2. Fire Temple (Disappointingly it got this far)
3. Gerudo's Training Ground (Pretty great mini-dungeon, but 3rd place? That's pushing it, in my opinion)
4. Ganon's Castle (Pretty fun dungeon, but very short, so why this ended up so high is beyond me)
5. Dodongo's Cavern (I never understand why people think this is a great dungeon...)
6. Ice Cavern (One of my favourite dungeons, so no complaining here)
7. Forest Temple (Along with the Shadow Temple and Water Temple my favourite dungeon, so I wish it'd ended up higher, but still not bad)
8. Spirit Temple (A lot of people hated/didn't like this Temple I guess; it's very easy, which isn't a good thing, but it's still a good dungeon)
9. The Great Deku Tree (I like this dungeon the least out of all dungeons in the whole game, so I think it ended up way too high)
10. Bottom of the Well (A bit annoying until you get the Lens of Truth, but a pretty fun dungeon, so no complaints here)
11. Water Temple (I'd imagine people who downvoted this only played the original OoT, because OoT 3DS's Water Temple is a real improvement)
12. Jabu-Jabu's Belly (Overall I understand why this dungeon was gone so fast, as it's a bit tedious and annoying, although I liked the boss of this dungeon a lot)
