Very interesting upon searching the title of the video in Google I found this, very similar video, which is clearly a re-upload of another very similar "unlisted" video.

This one at least has more information and comments/videos from other users regarding the scam. Looks like someone had their Paypal or their bank account drained as a result of linking their Paypal to it.

Looks like both websites are owned by "WhoIsGuard Inc" with an address in Panama.
