At first, I found this topic slightly amusing. However, it's now full
of nothing but worthless pride and a **** choice of battle.

honestly doubt that anyone is truly offended, and if you are, you need
to sort out your damn priorities - however, that's another subject all
together.
If you're offended, just mark it and leave. No need to
waste your time arguing and fueling a flame war over something as
trivial as to what is considered offensive by the ToS.
