Dude looks like a stereotypical fuckboy...which given fuckboys fuck, clearly he can't be all that ugly.
Now combine that with him being famous, rich, funny, one of the few guys in Hollywood that is actually single, doesn't have kids and isn't old (this is pretty huge, most Hollywood heart-throbs are old because Hollywood sucks at hiring young people as it's too nepotistic), and having dated some of the most powerful women in media (which is going to be a huge aphrodesiac for women) and I still am kinda confused when dude's just dismiss this guy and why he's crushing it rn.
