Off the top of my head, I think the game with the lowest metacritic average I like is Star Ocean 5. I couldn't get past 4's abysmal voice acting, but other than 5 being lower budget and reusing assets (mainly music, from what I can remember) from the older games, I thought it was solid. I'm still a little surprised it scored as low as it did.
If I had to pick a game that is blatantly flawed, yet I still had fun with it, that'd probably be something like Sonic Heroes.
