The board game Monopoly.
Interested to hear your opinion on it since I recently played it for the first time (lol). My family and I got into it heavily for about a week, squeezing in maybe 10 games and making house rules to improve the game. And I'm a BIG fan of how the game lets you do that -- it's as if the game is designed to be modified, with rules that are just slightly lacking so that you can optimize it to suit the meta you have discovered.
