think before you speak I haven't been to a doctor since 1995 why should I pay a high premium for health coverage i'm not going to use plus it's not that expensive to see a doctor once in a while
So when you get into a car accident you aren't bankrupted completely, which it appears you will be. Better be safe cause fuck health insurance that's good!
On topic, my office visits are $30 max, with a $500 out of pocket maximum per year. Doctor visits and prescriptions go towards that deductible. Specialists and urgent care are $50 out of pocket. Out of network out of pocket maximum is also only $2000. I pay $42 per paycheck for it. Sounds like wherever you get your health insurance they are screwing you over and are forcing you to pay the burden of it. My company touts the healthcare plan as a reason to work here (and why the wages are shit).
