About 5 months into my 6 month bulk, Im actually a little embarrassed I got on stage last year with such a small back. I finally learned how to properly lift my back and lats 5 months ago, feel like I am getting good results. I got some love handles now but definitely a much more defined V shape. Cant wait to start the cut though, tired of feeling fat and bloated all day every day lol
That's some really impressive progress.

I feel ya on the love handles thing. I know no one cares because it still makes an awesome V shape with wider shoulders and they're not even bad or anything, but I get real nitpicky in mine.

Anyway, push day. Wasnt bench focus, but I had watched a few videos on form and was eager to try some things. I've still got some bad habits to perfect there, but I'm very easily throwing around 225 with using those tips now. I overall still prefer db press, but I'm curious what my max is and I'd like to get proper form before I give it a real try. I lift at home, so I need to have someone come over and spot me once I nail down everything.
