I mean I had Vegy on ignore but I'd still see people constantly imitating/encouraging him, and then every week after he got banned some new "Vegy did nothing wrong" topic. It's possible it was only the same few people doing this, but it's naive to act like the biggest hornyposters were just some little thing almost everyone ignored
