No, the state mandate ends Tuesday, February 15th, the day after Valentine's Day; which is itself a day after the Super Bowl.
As other folks mentioned, counties can still have their own mask mandates in place. Also, masks are still required in some situations. IIRC it's transit and healthcare settings.
