Good post bro this is a hard fact.
What some of us shy awkward types may not realize is that we do have an awesome personality we're just too timid to express ourselves with other people around. "If Only they could see the real me" is something I've told myself many times.
It does get better with practice though.....just keep trying. It's taken me 10 years but I'm almost able to relax and be myself. Don't give up!
