Episode 1: Millennial gets out of college in 2008, finishes unpaid internship, then economy collapses and Millennial reapplies for Master's degree

Episode 2: Millennial finishes Master's degree in 2010 but recovery is slow and she works at McDonald's where hilarity ensues as she balances a desire for relationships, children, property ownership and financial stability with the crushing reality of massive amounts of high-interest student loan debt and unrealistic rent cost.

Episode 3: Millennial has a child in 2012 and is just barely scraping by, now in an entry-level career position while her Boyfriend waffles back and forth with commitment.

Episode 4: It's 2018 and Millennial's child is going to school. Boyfriend gone but new guy is around, things looking up. Millennial now paying off student loan debt through extra work and financial savvy. Millennial now close to moving up the career ladder.

Episode 5 Season Finale: It's 2020. Millennial is 1 month away from big promotion which the company promised her, which will put her salary in the six figures. New boyfriend has proposed to her, and she is planning an expensive wedding and buys a new midrange luxury car. They're shopping for houses.

Her mother calls. She has metastatic breast cancer and probably only has a year or two to live. Too long for hospice coverage, so she's going to move in with the new couple and needs help with mounting medical bills.

Then COVID19 happens, company closes initially for a few weeks. Millennial is watching the news when the ticker at the bottom notes that her company declared bankruptcy. She heads outside to her mailbox, opens it, and finds a letter with a pink slip inside.
