I won't lie I voted clone just because clones.
Right? I couldn't think of anything more cool if I tried.
Honestly though, my cat is dope and I walked in on him being birthed. A ton of animal's personality is determined by its genes, and lesser by its upbringing and situation, pending abuse or whatever.
Cloning animals can be done starting around $2000 and up.
Also I've had pets all my life, mostly always cats from the pound.
Furthermore, I heard the process at worse requires some bone marrow, which is kind of a big deal, but that is the extreme end.
