You spend your early years trying to grow up and act mature to show off for the opposite sex so you can meet someone you're comfortable enough with that you can act immature and be silly together.

Chicken_Butt here. It's been a minute, yeah? I've lost 45 pounds since I started my diet and joined a gym. That was a few months back. Just felt like bragging for a sec. It's been hard. Well, honestly, it hasn't been that hard. It was hard at first, but it's easy to get addicted to the rush once you start feeling results. I'm still not confident enough to post a picture. I still hate my appearance. But less than before, you know? The changes still feel small, but I can see them. And people comment on it all the time. A few regulars at PF know me now. I'm that fat guy that's making it happen. I've still got a long way to go, but seeing my weight start with 2 instead of 3 was a huge thing. I cried for brief moment as that feeling washed over me.
