Since it's the website, kinda hard to definitely blame Walmart, though I won't blame anyone for not giving them the benefit of the doubt.
And since it seems to have been taken down... probably just something that got auto-approved by an AI that couldn't see anything offensive in the description or image matching it to other things. Once flagged for human review, obviously got taken down.
Using AI to auto-approve things instead of having a human checking it before it goes up is worse than a rogue employee putting it up. If they're going to blindly trust AI then they've got to reckon with the negative consequences that trust causes.

Eh there's other reasons to boycott Walmart. This was done by a third party seller and it looks like Walmart did take it down when informed about it.
Did Walmart put out a statement that they'd never again work with that vendor?
