I guess it's easier for some people to dig yourself in a rut and resent people who do work out than it is to do some squats though. But for me I honestly struggle more to force myself to do a rest day than it is to go lift
75% is diet. Don't eat McDonald's and drink soda all the time and you'll be much healthier. No exercise needed though recommended.
