I usually drink 1 case of O'Doul's per night. It doesnt get me drunk or anything, but that is probably just because I have a high tolerance now. Im 36, im very healthy,I eat right, exercise alot etc. But I was thinking ive had a 1 case per night O'Doul's habit since I was in my early 20s at least. Am I gonna destroy my liver?
I dont want to turn this into a debate on whether I am or am not an alcoholic. I just want to know if this is an extreme amount and if Im damaging my body.
