The rest aren't sold in the US, at least not that I've ever seen, so I have no opinion of them

Snickers, Twix and KitKats are roughly equal for me. Id put American smarties below those, but I've never had non-American smarties. I don't like peanut m&m's and they rank below smarties.

Haven't had the others. There is something here in the US called Smarties, but it isn't what's pictured.

I think I only had 4 of those.

Haven't heard of 2.

I'm in the US so our Smarties are different (like chalky pellets).

I can no longer eat them but Twix is the best.

Out of all the ones I know I have had all of them are good except the last one. Kit Kat is eatable but I would probably skip a Kit Kat.

Mars is what we call Milky Way (and the UKs Milky Way is a 3 Musketeers).

Mars and Snickers are interchangeable to me. Mid.
Peanut M&Ms are overrated and get beaten by like 4 other kinds of M&Ms.
Smarties are trash tier trade fodder.

Obviously this list is missing some top tier candy (Wunderbar, Mr.Big, Butterfinger, Reese's Cups to name some)

1- Coffee Crisp. S+ tier
2- Twix. A+ tier
3- Aero. A+ tier
4- Kit Kat. A tier
5- Peanut M&M's. A tier. Almost all other M&M's would have ranked higher (except Almond). Peanut Butter M&M's would have taken second place in S tier
6- Mars Bar. A- tier, but overall under rated by the masses.
7- Snickers. B tier
8- Smarties. C Tier. Better than junk candy but still sweet/sour chalk.

EDIT: Canadian Smarties, not the US ones. Never tried them so No Vote on those. Based on the description I'd expect them to be somewhat similar to M&M's which would probably get them 4th place and in A tier.

EDIT 2: Apparently this Mars Bar is what the US calls a Milky Way? If so it bumps up to 4th place and pushes everything else from Kit Kat down to adjust. The Mars Bar that used to be sold in the US was similar to a Snickers but had toasted almond instead of peanut. It was pretty good but discontinued in the early Aughts and apparently replaced by the Snickers Almond that is made with the same ingredients but just lower quality lol

Check the "International" aisle at your local fancy grocery store. Where I live Publix carries a lot of Canadian and European specialty candy in their International aisle. Spoilers: The US has some of the worst candy in the fucking world based on my experience trying candy from other countries. Europe produces the best chocolate and Japan produces the best literally everything else.

Not a fan of nuts in candy and fuck coffee anything that's for lazy people.

Kit Kat is partly being carried by the fact the mini version is a relatively large bar. Aero is so small. Twix is the best candy bar period so it doesn't matter how small it gets. Snickers is pretty middling regardless of the size, and Mars is just god awful.
