at least after all these decades i finally get to see what happened in english!!! i remember being pissed we never got a translation for it even tho growlanser 2 has a side plot linking to 1 where we see the origin of it but finally it's getting a english release sometime later
this is just a beta testing but i am hyped for this one guys so the few growlanser fans rejoice it's happening

That's great news. I've wanted this ever since playing Growlanser Generations 20 years ago.

I lost my old ps2 Growlanser collectors edition somehow when I moved out of college after graduating line 18 years ago.

It was a fun game. I mainly bought it for the art. I liked the character designs.

i still have 2+3 with my well the backup copy i made. i loved the games and when i learned a certain story in 2 was a prequel and origin to one made me want to get to it but then i find out it was only on ps1 and never got a translation for it
once they iron out the bugs and edit the scripts i will play it after i replay 2 so looking forward to when it comes out in better condition
