This woman used to bring macaroni and cheese that was worse than I could have ever imagined. Most of the noodles were bare macaroni with nothing on them and some were hard, what little cheese it had was dry and chewy. I can't even give her an A for effort. I give her an F for fuck you, leave that shit at home.

I can't think of a time where the quality was especially bad, but I've definitely had it where I was at a friends' house and they were having something that I just don't like. I would generally just eat a minimal amount, or sometimes even just not eat if that was the case.

I had this happen recently. I panicked and just tried to act like I was full, but my stupid friend was all like "mum, he's only being polite - he's still hungry". So then I tried saying I had already eaten and he dismissed me saying there was plenty of food going around. I had to sit there piling on this hideous food that reeked.

Our friendship took a hit for a while but we're still friends.

i remember eating a salad at a friends house years ago, and for whatever reason they had raw mushrooms in it. i love mushrooms, cooked mushrooms, but i am not a fan of raw mushrooms.

not really, food's always been at least passable. even if it was just mac and cheese or hamburger helper.

one thing i really can't stand though is when you go to someone's house and they have a fridge with an icemaker and the ice tastes all funky and musty. like holy shit, gag.

so many people never change the filter on their fridge, its made worse with more recent models that have DRM built into the filters.

yeah i just have ice trays and use those. wash them regularly with the rest of the dishes. way simpler.

For real. Do a fucking taste test first. If I cooked something that tasted like ass and company was coming, I'd order a pizza, or if I was supposed to bring something, I'd bring chips, donuts, etc.
