Accomplished in just 2 days, while it was 3 days for SH2 Remake to reach the 1 million copies sold milestone.

good to hear and it deservers it cuz i really enjoyed this game and i can't stress this enough don't stop at the first or 2nd ending get thru the last true ending cuz the pay off imo is worth it and i loved how all the cast were handled in the true ending route. so for those waiting for the sales or the hype to die down put this on your wishlist and get it later down the road and add it to your backlog as well

between the SH2 remake and this im glad its finding success but neither are really what im want

I wish I liked it more. The story was intriguing, the the characters are interesting, the graphics and atmosphere were great, and I have to applaud whoever made the music in this game because that was the best part. Otherwise, the game was a fucking slog to play. I get that a Japanese school girl isn't suppose to be good at fighting, but man the game is clunky as fuck. The puzzles were uninteresting and boring and the story went into a very predictable route that I was calling almost every "plot twist". I think I would've gotten better enjoyment just watching someone else's playthrough rather than playing it myself.

5/10 for me imo.

I think I saw something about Metal Gear Solid Delta being similarly successful, so I hope Konami keeps on its upwards trajectory and puts out hit after hit.

No matter if you like it at least this should prove people want more Silent Hill

The significant thing with Delta is that I believe it's the first big budget game they've developed themselves in a while. Silent Hill 2 and F were both outside developers. It does seem like Konami is back.

Would love to see a new Castlevania game. An actual Castlevania game, not that god of war rip off crap.

Yay! Glad to hear it's doing well. I'm really enjoying it watching other players I like play the game. I want to buy the game at a later point.

Now if only Fatal Frame 2 remake can do that.

if they improve what they lift off from the wii remake it might turn out good but i don't trust the current staff with what they do to a certain character in fatal frame 5 which was dump and ruined the character whole arc for me. so i expect some new dumb ending added to this remake coming soon

seriously i wish another company took FF from them cuz i enjoyed the first 3 and 4 was mixed cuz of the control at the time but man was 5 such a shit for me on what they did to a character arc i loved and ruined it

I'm going to be real whenever fatal frame 5 is brought up I'm used to it being GameFAQs types crying about the lack of horny in the the western release I'm happy to see people here feel similarly to the game as I do lol

When one of the biggest features announced early on was "clothes can get wet" I had concerns

Oh yeah on topic fuck yeah I'm loving this silent Hill comeback, 2 remake was amazing F is really good so far, I'm really looking forward to the 1 remake

Still better than the OG Silent Hill games tbh. Survival horror was never supposed to be focused on the combat.

Really gotta emphasize that anytime you might despair or feel frustration over the antiwoke freaks calling everything thing with even mild feminist themes or a female protag "woke" just remember the phrase that an empty wheelbarrow makes the loudest noise.

They went pretty hard after this and Yotei and failed spectacularly on both accounts

I bought a copy for 30 dollars when it had a black friday sale at Walmart. I just never installed it yet because I was waiting for that PS5 pro related patch that was supposed to be dropping forever ago.
