The Alien King and Queen come to Earth for revenge because of the Omega's destruction. The King and Queen randomly send Tom Cruise to different time periods every 5 minutes so that he can't destroy them. It all culminates in Tom Cruise stopping his past self from destroying the Omega with causes a paradox that somehow erases the King and Queen aliens.
