Thats awesome.. really the only difference in running 7 or 15 or 20 is just how long youre doing it for before you get bored If you think about it.. what really gets you is knowing the end is coming soon.. that youre gonna stop by the point you get to X as long as you get cool with the next stopping point being further away and coaching yourself to recognize thats where youre gonna go today, you can keep going and going and going --- NP: Lufia 2, FFIV "100 Years of Solitude", "Absalom, Absalom!" [LFAQs-redacted-quote] https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/a/a42e0b60.jpg Is what I do. The shin splints happen because people have weak legs when they start running or they're over running. If you take it easy or you cycle intensely for a couple of months you can start running and not have any shin split problems. Marathon is gonna be tough but you have 6 months of focused work and dedication to put into it. I believe if you put in the time AND mileage (mileage is what determines if someone is fit enough to run a marathon), you can do it. At least it's not Boston Marathon where you either have to qualify for it or get a sponsorship to do it. So you'll be good so long as you can survive for 8 hours of walking. If you can walk for 8 hours you can basically do the marathon whenever. --- [05:45:34] I bought an American L and it was like a tent ... Copied to Clipboard!

Nice! That sounds like decent progress already if you're jogging for 7 miles straight. I'd also suggest doing some interval runs to help with your stamina. It would be something like run for 2 minutes, then walk for 1 minute, and repeating that cycle. There are apps like Nike Run Club for more guided training or Runkeeper for tracking. --- Steam/Xbox/PSN = NoxObscuras ... Copied to Clipboard!

Vegy posted... Body glide helps so much for the inner thighs/grundle...at least for me. Oh lord having chafing and salty salty sweat running over it when you get back home is the absolute worst. Also helps to put in an area of the foot that is blistering too to prevent it from getting worse. Mole skin might help with those too. Cut in circles around the blister. --- [05:45:34] I bought an American L and it was like a tent ... Copied to Clipboard!

[LFAQs-redacted-quote] The bandaids are for the nipples, the body glide is for chafing areas like the inner thighs.
