As soon as your lips touch the bottle/lip/straw, it's yours now. If someone wants a waterfall of my drink, that's on them. I won't waterfall from someone else's drink unless I watched them open it and know they haven't drank from it already. On a related note, while I don't vape, I'd never share a vape with anyone or let anyone use mine if I did vape.
