I think Deadpool would work better here.

He was apparently infected by a Brood which is basically a Marvel xenomorph. They implant an egg in people to reproduce. His healing factor fought off the parasite.

Pretty sure his body would kill the eggs or whatever.

Yeah, this. Also, Wolverine's skeleton would probably be immune to the acid, making him a perfect alien killing machine.

pretty sure they'd have a hell of a time punching through his adamantium ribcage. plus i cant really see how they could capture him and hold him in place for this to be viable, eventually he'd just cut himself out and then cut the alien out.

He might be better off leaving it in him. Aliens won't attack him so long as he is impregnated, which he can use to his advantage... At least until he has killed them all.

I feel like if it couldn't get out the rib cage, it would keep thrashing about until it found a way to crawl out his mouth, assuming he doesn't try to crush it with his teeth.

while the brood are BASED off xenomorphs they are different

you turn into a brood where as a xenomorphs copies some of your DNA then bursts out of you

but yeah the chest burster aint bursting through his chest

Multiple Man would be the best marvel character for breeding xenomorphs.
