Imo wearing too much just makes me think the person doesn't clean themselves enough and is trying to hide the smell. Not saying your mom is like that, I always assume that in general.

That doesn't add up. If they were concerned with stinking that much they would just clean themselves, and people who do stink, in my experience, don't seem overly concerned about stinking. It's why they stink.

I've experienced it enough times over the years to know it's a thing. People are too lazy to clean themselves and just think they can spray someone to cover it up. It just turns into a weird mix of both smells.

I like when they use their natural scent.

Lol this is true. My brother used to be one of those people. He wouldn't clean himself and would instead just spray deodorant and body spray on himself. He struggled a lot with the concept that spraying nice smells over bo just makes the nice smells reek of bo.

You can also encounter people doing this out in the wild if you go to places where nerds love to congregate. Head over to a con and all you gotta do is just walk around and you'll smell the odor of body spray and bo all over the place.

Yep. I used to go to a lot of TCG tournaments and cons. It's pretty common there.
