I blatantly remember watching someone play this. Ellajaz maybe? It looked great so this is cool

I remember owning and playing this game. Its style was amazing.

Yeah, I'm convinced it's engagement farming.
I recall it being a relatively family friendly FPS, you're not going to see brains and guts like Doom or Duke.

Something a lot of players might not realize - "Ugly" is the intended difficulty, and forces you to use cover and stealth, but the levels are designed around this. The easier modes bypass this aspect by making you a bullet resistant tank with ample insta-healing supplies, but it's an afterthought, and the gunfights all kind of play out the same since there's not much enemy variety and the terrain doesn't change the shooting dynamic all that much against enemies who can see you. Also, the non-gun weapons are actually useful in Ugly mode, where you care about not alerting half the map to your perch. There's also some map areas that easier difficulties are locked out of.

Now the question remains, if we already have it on steam will we get the upgrade for free? Like with Doom and Heretic?
