Nope, and finishing up Rebirth's postgame right now actually.

The idea of playing a remake of a third of a game I already played and don't care particularly about is nuts to me.

I hate the idea of the remakes but I love FF7 so I'm sure I'll play it on PC one day provided it's cheap enough.

Nah. I played and loved Remake. Never left the first region in Rebirth and probably never will.

I'll play them when they release on Xbox.

I feel like playing all three together, you'll probably get burned out pretty bad since they are so long.

it's even a mistake not waiting long enough between playing the first 2. it would be hell going for a full rebirth run and straight into the third.

If put myself down for a maybe, all three would have to be out before I try it. But I'm not very interested in it, I played a bit of remake and bounced off of it. I'll probably always prefer the original.

I think its a bad idea. Playing through 1 made me fatigued. I loved 2, but it is long and packed. I could see a lot of burnout.

Nah, already played Remake and Rebirth.

Completed hard mode in the first, but still need to do the same in Rebirth.

If you're the type to only play the story, then you're fine. Probably. Still pretty chunky. Much longer than the original.
If you're the type to 100% games, these are massive, long, and challenging endeavors, and you will hate all three by the time you finish.

Remake isnt that bad to do everything in. It doesnt have that much side content.

With the costs, time spent and full restructuring of what FF7 actually was, has SE been profitable on these things?

I only played Remake but it was so bloated with fluff that I cant play Rebirth now.

Yes. I have plenty of backlog and I know the games are full-fledged long games, but since the announcement that it's going to be three parts, it hasn't sat right with me that I'll have to pay 3 times to get the whole story. I'm hoping for a bundle collection or deal for all three at the price of one.

Honestly, unless they redesign the game, I wouldn't recommend playing Remake then Rebirth immediately after unless you are doing nothing but main quests, and even then, that's still a 60+ Hour run before part 3

Played Remake, hated it. Wont play any others.

Not only that, I'm hoping for a trilogy bundle. Maybe it will have a nice box for it.

Yeah I have no intention of playing any of the games unless it has a decent ending.

This. But also when all 3 parts are out and when I can buy them as a cheap bundle. I have a lot of games in my backlog and not a lot of time to play, so Im in no rush

I'm waiting for them all to be on PC and on sale.

As someone who played both, waiting for all three to come out so they can play them altogether for a "complete experience" is a terrible idea.

like I played Remake as soon as it released on ps4, did a quick NG+ run and shelved it. When Rebirth was about to release on PC, I replayed Remake and jumped right into Rebirth... I skipped most of the side stuff, but by the time I finished the story I was over it. Just too much FFVII lol.

I started a NG+ run in Rebirth recently, but tbh I'm probably gonna shelve it. When Pt 3 gets a release date, I'll space out replaying Remake and Rebirth so that there's like a month or two break after finishing those before Pt 3 is out.

I refuse to play them before the whole thing is out, include episode 3 intermission integrade integra hellsing or whatever, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna play them all back to back to back. That does sound tedious based on the things I've gathered about the games through cultural osmosis.

No. Played the first, 2nd is in backlog. Dont expect ill ever replay the first, will see if i get to the second before the third comes out but if not might be a back to back thing there.

I imagine a lot of people are waiting so they can buy all three cheaper in a package deal.

Im not exactly waiting on the third one to be finished, Im a 100% completionist, so I know Id hate all of them if I played them back to back anyway.

But I havent started them and they arent really a priority. Im already pissed at any game that long that makes me play it twice (though there is probably a mod to fix that).

Im working on finishing Expedition 33, then I need to finish Metaphor: Refantazio and a playthrough of SMT 5. I still havent a Full Draconian DQXI playthrough in progress I never finished. My game time mostly gets taken up playing Monster Hunter Wilds and Helldivers with a friend, so Im basically drowning in backlog and the FF7 remakes are way down my priority list even though I think I own both of them (or at least I know I own the first one). Plus, I dont have a PS5, so they dont exist to me until theyre on Steam anyway.

I'll probably never play any of them, but might as well get all 3 cheap if I ever do want to go through them.
