RasterGraphic 08/09/25 3:30:05 PM #9:	I logged out of Discord and stopped habitually drinking and it helped a lot. I still get anxious from time to time but it's usually so minor nobody notices. Before I think I had a permanent 1000 mile stare or something I wasn't cognizant of because people kept asking out of nowhere if I was okay and it got weird. The depression is still an issue, but it's not as bad. Might be because I'm on my old coffee habit again. The creative part of me that used to daydream and make me happy is slowly coming back. I'm starting to be able to get lost in my head and explore ideas like I used to. I'm mostly just afraid of the future. My ongoing battle with my brain has diminished almost all my friendships, too. I go back and forth between beating myself up for it, and thinking "well, if they hate me then it's easier for them to just stop trying and free me from the worry"; but that's not actually freeing. I live with my gf now - she likes all my friends and wants to be more connected with them. At times I worry that I'm not going to be able to juggle it all, along with the personal accomplishments I'm also fighting against myself to achieve. It does put something of a strain on the relationship occasionally. --- The food here is terrible.
