It is absolutely insane that they tried to make him the same character as the one from the first movie. Looks nothing like him.

I actually genuinely thought they somehow got Tim Cook to play Dodgson in Dominion.

I think the actor they got for Ludlow could have made for a decent Dodgson recast in Lost World, instead of giving a lot of Dodgson's parts to some random Hammond nephew.

They could have gotten the original Dodgson actor had they kept Dodgson as the villain in TLW. The CSA stuff didn't happen until much later.

BTW, if you've seen the newest Jurassic World it's so clear that they recycled 80% of Lost World Dodgson into the villain in that movie.
