My wife is absolutely beautiful and way way way too attractive to ever be with someone who looks like me. In college literally all my friends told me so lmao

even today, youd be surprised how many people are like THATS your wife??? / you married HIM?? <_< it would be insulting if it wasnt so amusing

there was a long period of time (maybe even 1-2 years?) where I thought surely she was going to leave me because she was just way too good looking. But honestly, you get over it. And you gain more confidence in yourself. People in general, I think, arent as shallow as youd think they are. A genuine connection goes a long way. Being a smart, funny, generally good person goes even farther.
