A few years ago one of my dogs got incredibly stressed when some asshole set off fireworks a few houses down, and crawled into the smallest places she could find. Then she ended up passing away a day or two later. She was quite old but I fully blame the assholes who set off fireworks and I can never respect anyone who sets off fireworks in neighborhoods. ... I'm very glad that all the dogs and cats I've had have been able to cope with fireworks well enough as long as I or someone else in the family was there to comfort them. I'm very sorry for your pups and even more sorry to hear of Rika_Furudes old dog :( --- The commercial says that Church isn't for perfect people, I guess that's why I'm an atheist. ... I put my dog in a thundershirt right when the fireworks started tonight. I don't know if it's effective for every dog, but it certainly seems to help her during fireworks and bad thunderstorms. --- See you next Wednesday. ... Copied to Clipboard!
