This can mean anything from finding an entry level job, funding a self-employment plan, or sending a person to school for an advanced degree. Clients work with a counselor toward an employment goal. They all have offices statewide. Have you tried that agency in your state? You dont need to share in the thread, I just want to pass on a resource that might be helpful. Under Trump, Rehabilitation Act programs are always under threat, just like every program that might actually help a person.
