No joke, a lot of video games. The data has come out over the years that video games are great for hand/eye coordination and keeping you cognitively sharp and can be a good tool for elderly. Between that and just reading a lot and stimulating it with music I feel these simple things keep it active. Also my job is heavily taxing on mental acuity. Being able to interpret data, make decisions, and knowing what to do in real time and react quickly.
