Supporting my literal 3 favorite, but also realizing theyve had glory already. Then the new guys I want to have a win the most are in Tier 1. Two contests ago, Contest XXV, I made a post at the halfway point showing how FFX was having its worst contest EVER in the history of SMFFFC. Only 2 characters made it to the top half that year, an all-time low in the NewStats era. Further, it was the only contest in the NewStats era (since Contest XIV) that an FFX character DID NOT make the top 10. What's fascinating about this is that only two contests later (this contest), FFX has its strongest showing ever, with a record 9 characters making it to the top half. (The average excluding those two outliers is about 6 top half finishes per contest). What a turnaround for a game that looked like it was maybe falling out of favor with the voting group here. --- Don't mind me.
