So imagine that boxer-briefs no longer exist, for whatever reason. Would you pick briefs or boxers as your underwear of choice? By briefs I mean something like this (https://www.hanes.com/products/2252w0/2252w0), though brand and color don't matter. By boxer shorts I mean something like this (https://www.hanes.com/products/795bx4/795bx4) though again, brand and color don't matter. Trunks are basically shorter legged boxer briefs and count as boxer briefs for the purposes of this topic. What would you pick? I'd love to hear your reasoning too! ... Copied to Clipboard!

I always wear boxers. Briefs can cause blood flow circulation issues for me (which really sucks with sickle cell related issues. Anything that can cause blood flow circulation problems even if minor can lead to some pretty painful pain crises. Maybe I'm weird in that I wear two types lol. I wear both boxers and boxer-briefs. I have been wearing boxers for about 35 years now. I grew up like most kids in tighty whitie but ditched that shit freshman year of high school and never looked back. They are fine for children.
