Keep in mind there was a time he made so many topics about it that some even joked about him being news bot at some point, and now seeing the same guy that probably did the most anti-GOP topics being on the crossfire is really ironic to me.

I don't really understand this lavish desire to go inquisition mode and consider anyone sus for not 100% kotowing to a stance. Or rather, merely imply as such.

So we're going to pretend that TC doesn't post miltiple threads complaining about pro-Palestine protestors? The other day, he was citing a misleading article from a right wing newspaper to smear UK protestors.

It's not that I think TC supports Republicans, just that he thinks 'extreme leftists' are somehow worse. And responsible for whatever Trump does. And he'll scour social media for people with 50 followers to prove it.

I find it ironic that people blame the left for being 'divisive', when it is they who are singled out for the most vitriol from 'moderates'.

It's very frequently used by the GOP-funded left. (Like Jill Stein's supporters)

These people act like leaving a protester alone or flag up will cure the conflict over there; every other political issue be damned too. I have trouble empathizing with such single-minded thinking even if the heart is well meaning in it. I just dont operate that way. But maybe its people like that who eventually enact change, however I worry about the other eggs in the basket too.

Nah, the pretension here is that the guy that spend ridiculous amounts of time making anti-GOP suddenly doesn't have a reputation of being vehemently Anti-Trump.

While I say they aren't worse, they must be one of the dumbest protesters around if they believe they can simply throw a country flag on top of the flag of a nation they live in and expect people to not be pissed.

And attacking Bernie AND AOC for being one of the few that seems to genuinely give a damn about anything the left stands for will actually just make their voting base more moderate and be willing to throw this entire debacle under the bus if they are more trouble than they worth, since they are willing to flail to all sides.

If they weren't, the right won't be getting a shift from almost every demographic in the election. It is almost impressive how rightwingers have some extremely moronic ideals but somehow manages to tie everyone together enough to vote for a common goal while the left constantly uses ammo in circular firing squads and act dumbfounded why no one is willing to vote for the sake of another group.

Many things I will never comprehend in modern American culture and politics. But I really don't understand how people seem to be completely ignoring their own personal welfare in order to support or condemn a completely foreign country.

Maybe it's just proof that people have resigned to the "both sides are the same" mindset and have lost all confidence in American domestic institutions. Only logical explanation I can think of even if it's a single digit iq mentality

...That's a solid point, a lot of the sentiment from the most radical was about punishing Biden, while Trump didn't get the same response since he wasn't personally involved in the issue yet.
