You're putting eggs in while it's cold, lmao.

Heat it up and put some butter/oil in there first.

Start with the pan hot. Put some drops of water in the pan. If the water boils and evaporates right away, it's not hot enough. If the water beads up and rolls around the pan a bit, then it's hot enough to start the eggs. It's called the Leidenfrost effect.

Use a little water in the eggs to help fluff them up.

Use some oil or ghee and preheat the pan.

Use butter/grease over a medium high heat. Once the the bubbling starts to kinda slow down, then add in the eggs. once they stop being mostly liquid and start forming, turn the heat to low or below medium, and within about 30 seconds, they're good to go.

Spray PAM on the pan
Heat up the pan
Once the pan is hot cracked eggs and gently open it as close to the pan as you can without burning yourself
Flip when it gets brownish on the edges ,
Should take 5-7 minutes per pan load
Your welcome

Yup, I do this too. Ill whisk the eggs with a fork and add a small bit of milk or cream while whipping, trapping as much air as I can. Gets them nice and fluffy.

As some others have said, give your pan more time to get hot. Also, I like to keep the eggs moving as soon as they're in - using a spatula to push them around the pan (no flipping or stirring).

Make two slices of bacon in there first.

Then cook the same thing only lower temperature and not so dry.

Maybe add a bit of milk.

What others have stated about letting the pan heat up and also coating it in butter or at the very least nonstick cooking spray. Also, my dad also whipped his eggs in a separate bowl before putting them in the pan so theyd be extra light and fluffy when cooked, so you could try that too.

Personally, I prefer my eggs fried with the yolks broken and just a bit juicy aka not completely cooked all the way through, so I cant be of much help unfortunately.

Also they kind of finish cooking a little bit even after youre done cooking. So either turn down the temperature a bit at the end or dont cook every drop of water away.

I follow this process exactly and it tastes excellent every time

https://bellyfull.net/the-best-scrambled-eggs/#wprm-recipe-container-26499

Most important is to melt the butter in the pan over medium heat then drop it to low as soon as you add the eggs
