Except her power can only affect one thing. She can't make sweeping generalizations that affect millions. This is established.

She can't say "every human but me is now a cat" that's not how her powers work. Her power is based on giving a command to a specific target. There has to be ONE target, or a collective group of targets, that is affected by her order.

No, yours is a rule of exclusion. The one she gave was a targeted rule and a subject and an act. Attack the quirks of All For One. The quirks are the target, the subject is afo, the attacking is the act.

Its on a metaphysical plain, but that rule still applies. Need a target, not "anything but this" that won't work with her quirk.

Also, that rule is predicated on him stealing her quirk, which would quite literally be defcon one.

Also, tonura can survive dying. Yes, really. He has regeneration quirks and survived what his doctor told him was an unsurvivable end result of the surgery just by sheer willpower. In the event he has any other quirks that allows him to cheat death, which she wouldnt have known, she just handed him a win button.

this was after the edgy deku arc though. He could've just had it so Shigaraki needed more time to recover rather than having him recover and then put out of commision again

This is why I say that instead of 5 chapters wasted on a(n admittedly cool) fight that just ends up frustrating people without accomplishing much narratively, could've used it for proper emotional closure on the edgy deku plot. Instead you get the great Uraraka chapter, then this, then bathtime and everything is all ok.

Oh damn I got my arcs mixed up for some reason I remembered Deku fucking off after Star got her ass whooped. My bad

2 was he had to delay shiggy so he could do the edgy batman Deku arc. What better way to do that than to "hurt" him and put him out of commission. The only person that could hurt AFO at that point was someone with OFA since Deku couldn't do it he had to introduce an overpowered character. It also increases Shiggy's supposed threat level if he just walks through such an overpowered character.

This didn't need to be displayed though because his intro fight after getting AfO pretty much demonstrated how busted he was. You had how many people fighting him and they still couldn't beat him. The only reason they didn't lose immediately to him was because Aizawa was nullifying him. The heroes at every point in the story once Shigaraki got AfO never stood a chance of beating him. He was made too OP from the get go.

Too overpowered? I mean his name is all for one. Did you think he was gonna say "ya know what I'm strong enough, ill just fight with what I got"

His whole purpose and mission was to be OP by taking all powers for himself.

They had him beat after he woke up at the hospital though because he wasn't fully reconstituted. He loses that fight if Gigantomachia and the league don't come to save him. That was without a full powered OFA, so to extend the manga and give him more time they had to have a fully powered Shiggy walk-through someone that was supposedly on All Might's level. Horikoshi needed to show that the new version of AFO was stronger than the original.

I mean MHA is basically Naruto with super heroes. The only way to justify a huge war with a bunch of people vs 1 over powered guy like Madara in Naruto and Shiggy in MHA, Horikoshi had to show that new AFO could beat someone at All Might's level. He had to make the war believable, I'm not saying it's good writing, I'm just saying it's what he had to do to justify a "war"

What is it about mha that have people plug their ears and forget about whatever is directly shown on screen? Same shit happens on the anime board.
