With the baseball hall of fame, you have player inductions, but then they also try to get pieces of memorabilia from big moments. Like a jersey worn by a player in an important game, or a bat used for a milestone home run. Stuff independent from the actual player inductions. The WWE HOF just consists of a web page and an annual ceremony. There is no physical memorabilia part to it. So beyond the people, the events and matches are the next best thing to celebrate.
