As long as you dont fall asleep while youre donating you should be fine. Im always tired after, so youll probably be very tired. Just make sure that you complete any necessary tasks before you go. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Drink a lot of water. Idk if this is similar, but I had a routine blood test a week or two ago and it honestly really hurt because they couldnt get the blood to flow. She said I should have drunk more water, so be sure to do that ... Copied to Clipboard!

i go twice a week for an extra $115. ive done it like 200+ times now i feel perfectly normal afterwards. Maybe a lil tired if I have to wait in a long line. I only had one hematoma that I can remember but nothing to worry about Just dont go to the gym or something immediately afterwards. Try to eat something small before you go in at least and have a glass of water or whatever. bring earphones! granted, I have seen other people pass out and things like that --- Talk about backseat fishing. ... I used to donate blood, but then I almost had a stroke. Now the blood bank won't allow my to donate, because it may have been the cause of the near-stroke (a carotid artery dissection).
