Only things I've seen them not care for are the H-1B promotion and Trump's immediate response to the plane/helicopter crash (they're willing to believe it was DEI, but thought he should have waited before pointing fingers). They love the deportations, use of Gitmo, and deal with El Salvador. They love the regressive race and gender stuff. They believe Panama, Mexico, and Canada are capitulating. They believe Musk is working to reduce the debt/deficit, and they don't believe his Nazi salute was a Nazi salute. They really think America is winning right now

I doubt any Republicans (or MAGA people) are unhappy with what is transpiring. They knowingly and voluntarily voted for what is happening right now. In other words, they want this.

Theres one in the Bay Area and another in the Chicago area.

They're more than okay with federal agencies being undermined and dismantled. While there are inefficiencies and problems they've long believed it's beyond repair. They've been told individual states can take care of themselves, mainly because they don't understand what these agencies actually do and how much it actually benefits them.

They're also super okay with blatant disregard for laws and process. Some think Democrats do it all the time, others don't mind fascism as long as they think they will benefit from it. It gives them a sense of power by proxy as their rights and benefits keep mysteriously dwindling.

They're giddy at the prospect of punishing minorities because they've been led to believe they're the root cause of all problems. It also triggers the libs, because having to watch a 10 minute video indoctrinating them with propaganda to "be nice" has severely impacted their lives to the point they can hardly go up to the store and climb in the mandated extra wide mobility scooter.

More than anything though, they've been scared shitless for so long that they're relishing in the fact that others will start to feel as miserable as they are. They're addicted to misery and seeing everyone hate them is like a constant state of bliss.

Listening to Fox News for about 20 minutes I was already mentally imploding. Some take aways in a short span.

Tariff is the new best word in the world and we love tariffs (literally what they said).

Tariffs are NOT a trade war, they are a war on drugs specifically.

For anyone wondering, no. AFAIK they have never had anyone actually explain what a tariff is and who pays it to whom. The closest they've come is a finally calling it a tax as opposed to skirting around it.

Everything else is ignored or brushed off as angry democrats. They just simply wouldn't cover the story or if it was too big to ignore they would give it the Tim Walz treatment "guys, do you think being a role model with that wholesome dad energy is ridiculous or what do you know what i mean?"

The left wing media I've seen(it's really not many people) has been doing a decent job of covering this, but the right wing Fox News(only right wing media I ever see) is not giving their viewers the truth. Will they let them know Musk now has access to medicaid systems? Will they tell them "transparency is good!" or would they sound the alarm that this is deranged. Nah, they either won't cover it, or just lie about how its a good thing.

Even the few who kinda notice that something might be a teensy bit off about everything seem to accept the "you can't make an omelette unless you break a few eggs" line like it actually means anything in this instance. They just believe that this is all must be very complicated and they don't know enough to question it but they know Trump has their best interests in mind so everything must actually be fine.
