I think it will depend on how seriously they're trying to position Boy to be the next main character. A prequel would be an opportunity to send kratos off on his own and give players the solo adventure they want, but if they're really serious about eventually replacing kratos then they have to rip that bandaid off eventually. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
