The art design has an interesting style that makes everything look like it has a... sheen? Like a shine to everything, their faces their costumes the environment all of it.

It's really good. Funny and action packed, has some serious storylines, great character designs. My biggest complaint is that most of the Cyborg-centered episodes all feel like they have the same story beats.

I like how this kid flash somehow seems to have a deeper voice than young justice kid flash despite looking much younger

Yes! Amazing show

It's kinda hit and miss but the hits were great and even misses were just uninteresting.

The art style was actually one of the things I disliked about it. It's like they took all the most annoying things from the most annoying animes and wove them into Western animation. Like the heads getting enormous when they're angry and such.

This clip is from Teen Titans Go, which is a more humor driven show with the same voice cast. The designs were revamped and simplified, but the above clip was an example where they took scenes from the original show and redubbed them. There was another case (at least I think it was a different episode), where one of the villains showed the Titans how they used to look, and they were all impressed at how much cooler they were.

Not to say that the original show didn't have more comedy driven episodes, like the one from the first post with Starfire's jealousy over Robin's date. As a tip off, if the episode's theme song is sung in English, expect a straightforward episode. If it's in Japanese, expect a more comedic / offbeat one. Not to say that those can't be great, particularly the first episode with Mad Mod.

Teen Titans was a truly fantastic show. I watched every episode as it aired and I cared about what happened to the characters..

I found Teen Titans Go to be completely unwatchable.

Oooh. Is that what it is? I never realized that lol

Yeah I remember feeling like I was questioning my memory when I'd see it and go "wait was the opening always in Japanese I could have sworn it was in English" and vice versa. So that helps.
