Imo they were pretty good for what they were. FF8's was guide enough to get you through the game and get the best equipment, but this game was packed with so much niche secrets people didn't find out about years later that you couldn't get every single thing. I really liked those double jump guides I think they were called, the ones that made the rogue galaxy and the small disgaea psp guides. I do remember the symphonia guide having a few errors, but they were never a huge enough deal that you would miss anything important. Now I do remember star ocean 4's physical guide having a romance ruining error (if you followed the guide ~~then edge ain't getting no kiss from reimi later in the game. A large portion of it has sidebars telling you to go to the playonline website for more details. --- The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes. That's fact.
