Son of a Witch from Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. He also summons a little eagle that regenerates them to full, takes about fifteen seconds. The little eagle is the same color as the ambient lighting, is barely the same size as your reticle, and has substantially more health than you'd expect. He is entirely capable of summoning another less than twenty seconds after you kill it.
