I really really really dug the first 80% of this movie. It had me hooked, wanting to know what happens next. It is shot so well and well acted. Every act plus the ghost debunker was going well.

Then it just crashed into a wall. The moment the devil fully took over the girl and went on a killing spree. The ending just didn't work for me, confusing and open ended.

Overall 7/10 movie. Still recommend

7 seems a bit high. i think the production values were good and the acting was alright, but after the fact (and after watching tons of other horror movies), it's not really so high. probably mid like 5 or below, when you really compare it to everything else in the genre.

Other than the completely unnecessary overexplanation at the end (which also breaks the structure of the movie), I loved it

I feel like most of everything happened way too quickly near the end. The vague ending was fine, but most of the people being killed off in one scene, then a hard shift into the surreal interpersonal stuff, then the sudden ending was all a little too rushed.

I still liked it though.

If you've got about 30 minutes to spare, I suggest giving this a watch.

Was it any good ? Kinda
Do I care to see it again ? Nah.

I thought it was decent. The payoff wasnt amazing but it was unique and well-acted throughout, so I felt moderately satisfied by the end.

I think its a big part of the appeal, but how far it will carry the film will vary from person to person. Some people wont value it at all, but for others it will make a significant difference.
