That cop in Illinois murdered that woman because she was moving a pot of water off the stove.

Life in prison, no chance at parole.

But I think we all know that the judge is going to go easy on her due tobias

Reminds me of that recent case of an old freak running over a kid with his tractor for picking up an apple. Psychos.

This. That's attempted murder, not a fucking aggravated assault charge.

Seriously, I hate how blatant the justice system favors people here.

So she said he had been knocking on her door for years... so she threw boiling water on him? That doesn't add up. She ought to face some pretty steep charges.

Of course it doesn't add up. The father said they hadn't even been there long enough to be doing that for years.

Nothing ever adds up with these people. They just lie and lie and the justice system gives them a slap on the wrist for it. Even if a child had knocked on your door for years, throwing boiling water on them is beyond psychotic. You can't accidentally throw that on someone, do there should be literally no mercy for her doing that.

Borel was arrested again on Friday morning following the "acquisition of new investigative elements," according to a news release sent by the SPAL.

She will be back in court on Oct. 16 for a bail hearing and will remain behind bars until then.

In 2021, Borel was charged with assault in a separate case and was acquitted after agreeing to sign a peace bond.

Following the attack, Borel allegedly told the boy's father that she assaulted his son because he had a habit of knocking at her door for the past three years.

The boy's father said that was impossible as the family only moved to the neighbourhood in January and the boy only started attending the school near the woman's home a month ago.
