...the prosecution did a poor job, and of presenting their case, as well? Have heard others express this opinion.

I remember the police chase. I wouldn't want to watch it again though.

I don't think it was a poorly put together case, but it was unfortunate that key evidence was tied to Fuhrman and he was the worst possible witness for this trial at that time.

More than anything it has always seemed obvious the jury decided it was going to go the way it wanted to address things beyond what was happening in the room. 3 years earlier with the same case and I think he is found guilty.

If you watch their interviews, it seems that the jury thought the prosecution did a poor job.

And theirs is the opinion that matters.

If the glove doesnt fit, you must acquit.

Yeah, the prosecution did a poor job giving the defense that.

Either way, in another trial without the theatrics, O.J. Simpson was found civilly liable for the wrongful deaths of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman. So yeah, he killed them.

Simpson tried on the glove at the request of the prosecution.

They handed the defence an easy and memorable win.

The main issue with the case was that the LAPD badly mismanaged the crime scene. Evidence collection and forensics work was sloppy, and unlike most people, OJ had a high-powered team of lawyers and experts at his disposal to bring issues to light.
