It's the Sony Cycle. The PS2 was a huge success so they got overconfident with the PS3 and it blew up in their face. They dialed the cockiness back with the PS4. The PS4 was a huge success so they got overconfident with the PS5 and it's blowing up in their face. At least we can probably count on the PS6 being good if the pattern holds up. ...
